Parrella Petite was formed in 2022 by Evansville Indiana's own Rob Lacer III and Jeffersonville,IN native Olivia Parrella. Together with over 20 years experience in Fast Casual, Gastro Pubs to fine dining restaurants in Evansville, San Francisco, Louisville, and New Albany all the way to starting our own Artisan Baked Good Company. This is where we spread our wings furthest, for ourselves and the local community by exploring and experimenting with all things baked culturally and dietary inclined. Our company name comes from within, it means Little Family. We strive to bring not only good but great freshly baked breads and pastries daily to Evansville Family Homes and the local Tri state areas. Baked with love from our ovens to your tables!
