Campbell Microgreens is a small "direct to community" farm in Gibson County.
We specialize in growing varieties of nutrient-dense microgreens like Broccoli, Salad Mix, Radish, Pea Tendrils and Sunflower. Please let us know if there are other varieties you wish to try.
What Are Microgreens? Microgreens are the earliest stage of a vegetable plant’s development, after the sprouting stage. They are “living foods” – Purposefully utilized in their most nutritious and delicious state.
